Rosemary extract, an emerging pre-eminent component in the province of nano-composite synthesis: A critical review

Author(s): Trisha Dutta and Monmi Saikia

Abstract: The utilization of medicinal plants has been gaining popularity across the globe, and their positive properties are being rediscovered for the formation of novel medications and effective catalysts in the field of greener synthesis. The extensive ethnopharmacological uses of natural items have served as an inspiration for modern drug discovery research, offering fresh and significant leads against a range of pharmacological targets. Additionally, a viable alternative to the traditional chemical synthesis process is the biogenic synthesis of nanoparticles utilizing plants. An updated overview of the literature is provided in this study to shed light on the current status of research on rosemary extract, including its components and effectiveness in the creation of nanoparticles.
