Abstract: In this study, we report the synthesis and detailed characterization of a novel copper(II) complex, Bis[(2-((1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methylimino)(phenyl)methyl)phenyl]acetatocopper(II). The ligand was synthesized through a copper (I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) followed by Schiff base formation, and the complex was obtained by reacting the ligand with copper(II) acetate. The structure was thoroughly investigated using FT-IR, UV-Vis, NMR, EPR provided insights into the complex’s electronic properties. Biological assays revealed significant antimicrobial and antioxidant activities, further supported by molecular docking studies that showed strong binding interactions with bacterial enzymes. These results suggest that the copper (II) complex has potential for pharmaceutical and therapeutic applications, paving the way for future biological and medicinal studies.
