The present clinical study was conducted on 12 cows with papillomatosis. The animals were divided in to two groups of six animals each and were treated with ivermectin and Tarantula cubensis extract respectively. Three animals in group I and six animals in group II responded well to the treatment. The results of the study revealed that Tarantula cubensis extract was found to be efficacious in the treatment of bovine papillomatosis than ivermectin with no occurrence for a period of 6 months.
