Abstract: An experiment was conducted during the year 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 at the experimental plot, College of Agriculture, Chiplima, Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Sambalpur, Odisha to find out the effect of integrated use of nutrients (organic, inorganic and biofertilizers ) on yield and physico-chemical characteristics of papaya cv. Coorg Honey Dew. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with ten treatments with three replications. Results indicated highest fruit length (19.3 cm each) fruit breadth (13.5 cm and 13.2 cm), thickness of the pulp (3.0 cm and 2.8 cm) and lowest fruit cavity index (12.6 and 12.8) in T7 (100 % RDF + PSB +AZS) at 12 MAP and 24 MAP respectively. Lowest fruit size, pulp thickness and highest fruit cavity index was noticed with control plants. The treatments T7 and T8 registered a yield advantage of 178.8 % and 267.3 % over the control. The loss of fruit weight during storage was recorded minimum in treatment T7 (2.9% & 6.8 % at 3 days and 7 days of storage respectively) and maximum (4.1 & 9.1 at 3 days and 7 days of storage respectively) in control i.e. in T10. The TSS: acid ratio which determines the quality of the fruits was also recorded highest in T7 (77.33 and 61.11) as compared to minimum in untreated control i.e. T10 (46.50 and 36.67 at 12 MAP and 24 MAP) at 12 MAP and 24 MAP respectively.
