Author(s): Arshdeep Singh, Manish Bakshi, Amandeep Singh Brar and Shailesh Kumar Singh

Abstract: Micronutrients play a major productive and qualitative role in bringing stability and sustainability in the production system. It play an active role in the plant metabolism process starting from cell wall development to respiration, photosynthesis, chlorophyll formation, enzyme activity hormone synthesis, nitrogen fixation and reduction. These are either applied as basal dose or in the form of foliar application. Study of the role of micro-nutrients in Kinnow mandarin production is vital to the economic production of the crop as Kinnow is a prolific bearer and offers maximum returns among citrus crops. This review is a brief compilation of the role of micro-nutrients in Kinnow mandarin production.
