Green roofing: An eco-friendly approach in urban areas

Abstract: A green roof is a roof of a building that is partially (or) completely covered with vegetation and also called as a living roof (or) a roof garden (or) eco-roof. The word "green" refers to environmentalism and not the colour green. Installed on buildings including industrial, educational and residences.
