Constraints perceived by respondents regarding cash less system

Abstract: The present study was conducted in Hisar district of Haryana state covering 200 respondents from two localities viz., rural and urban areas. Results show that lack of internet connectivity, loss of cards/mobile, card frauds and incorrect and incomplete receipts, bills and vouchers, etc. from bank were the constraints faced by most of the respondents. Irrespective of residing area, a positive and significant correlation between independent variables and constraints was found.
