Abstract: A field experiment was conducted during kharif 2017-18 at Agricultural experimental farm of IFTM University, Moradabad to study the “Effect of bio-fertilizers and phosphorus levels on growth, nodulation and quality of green gram (Vigna radiata L.) Eight treatment combinations viz. T1 (Control), T2 (PSB), T3 (30 Kg P2O5 ha-1), T4 (30 kg P2O5 ha-1+PSB), T5 (45 kg P2O5 ha-1), T6 (45 kg P2O5 ha-1 + PSB), T7 (60 kg P2O5 ha-1), T8 (60 kg P2O5 ha-1+ PSB) with three replications. The result revelled that phosphorus levels and PSB significantly differ the root growth, and nodulation of green gram. Highest number of root nodules, and fresh and dry weight of roots was recorded in T6 (45 kg P2O5 ha-1 + PSB) and lowest in T1 (Control) over the other treatment.
