Abstract: Field trial was conducted at TNAU, Coimbatore during Kharif season 2017 to study the suitable organic cultivation practices for Greengram. The study included nine treatments with three replications in randomized block design. Within the different basal and foliar combinations of organic inputs, application of rock phosphate enriched FYM at basal with one percent vermiwash spray (30 and 45 DAS) recorded significantly maximum grain yield (1286.58 kg/ha), plant height (52.13 cm), number of leaves (30.4), leaf area index (4.65) and plant dry matter production (12.43 g plant-1) followed by application enriched FYM at basal with split application of vermicompost (basal and 30 DAS) and three percent Panchagavya spray (15, 30, 45 DAS). The least performance was recorded in control plot. Improved productivity was noticed from the conjoint effect of enriched FYM as basal and vermiwash foliar spray.
