Abstract: An experiment was conducted to assess the effect of Frateuria aurantia (KSM) and Rhizobium phaseoli treatments on growth and yield of Vigna radiata L. during Kharif, 2014 at experimental farm of Plant Pathology Section, College of Agriculture, Nagpur with six treatments and four replications in randomized block design. The results emerged out clearly indicated that, various growth parameters like, plant height, root length, number of nodules plant-1, weight of nodules, weight of plant and seed yield was increased due to combine application of potassium solubilizing microorganism and Rhizobium. It was inferred from the results that application (T3) Rhizobium + Potassium solubilizing microorganism (Frateuria aurantia) was found superior over control and sole application of theses biofertilizers whereas maximum seed yield was recorded with the treatment of 100% RDF but was found at par with the treatment T3.
