Explosion of plasma technology in agriculture

Abstract: Plasma technology is a blazed field for researcher. It can positively modify physical, chemical and biological properties of seed coat through characteristics of surface plasma resonance that enables more imbibitions of water, increase enzymatic activities and improve inherent metabolism of plant. Therefore, it has a potential to improve seed germination, growth and overall agricultural productivity along with food quality and nutritional security by the use of surface sterilization and inclusion of active nutrient in the plant system without any environmental or health hazard issue.
