Performance study on thermoelectric cooling and heating system with cascaded and integrated approach
Author(s): Shafee SM, K Gnanasekaran and S Johnson Samuel
Abstract: The increase in demand for refrigeration globally in the field of air-conditioning, food preservation, medical services, vaccine storages, and for electronic components temperature control led to the production of more electricity. Thermoelectric cooling and heating is a new alternative because it can reduce the use of electricity to produce cooling effect and also meet today’s energy challenges.
The main objective of this work is to develop a cascaded and integrated thermoelectric cooling and heating system and to study its performance.
