Phytochemical and pharmacological screening of some medicinally important plants

Abstract: This is a review on 62 medicinal plants, which includes active principles isolated from them with more than 122 references. Many of the reported active principles are playing an important role in the modern medicinal system. It describes the biological activities of active principles, crude extract and extract of various parts of the plants.
